1 Zest Of Lemon And Juice

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

5 tablespoons Sunflower Oil (or rapeseed)

3 Onions (sliced)

1 Red Pepper (sliced)

4 Lime Juice (or 2 lemon)

2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard

300 milliliters of Quality Chicken Stock

6 Thyme Sprigs

1 Bay Leaf

1 Scotch Bonnet Pierced And Left Whole
